We aim to design spaces that people and other forms of life can grow into, spaces that have room to evolve over time.

We prioritize our clients' needs throughout our process, aligning our design philosophy with your unique characteristics of your space.

Full Service

Our full service design process goes through a natural evolution from the initial concept right down to a fully curated and furnished space. Our process will take your designs naturally through a few different phases. These include:

Initial meeting

No strings attached. We’re eager to meet with you free of charge to determine if we are a good fit for you. A scope of work will be provided after the initial meeting for your consideration.

Phase 1: Schematic space planning and design concept

This entails onsite measurements (or utilizing existing ones) to craft a comprehensive space plan. The design concept is then detailed through colour scheme, interior/exterior finishes, windows/doors, surface coverings, window treatments, lighting, fixtures and hardware. This is represented through elevations, diagrams, drawings and precedent images.

Phase 2: Design development

Preliminary finish plans, elevations, millwork elevations and schedules needed for development are completed.

Phase 3: Construction documents

All final revisions and issuing of documents and drawings required for construction are finalized and ready for implementation.

Phase 4: Construction administration

Overseeing decisions and managing the flow of information to ensure the project is successfully completed according to requirements

Quoting is done on a project-to-project basis, tailored to the specific scope of each individual project.

Design Consults

Need to re-imagine your space- this service will shake up your interior and help direct your decisions into a cultivated, aesthetically pleasing and cohesive design. This is a fun, attainable, and efficient way to leverage our expertise to help guide your space in the right direction. We can utilize our time in any combo of ways: material and colour consultation, concept direction, furniture/lighting suggestions, floor plan review, and layout. This is available both in person and virtually.

3 Hour Consult: $850

7 Hour Consult: $1750

Design Concept [1 Room]

Whether this is a blank space or a space that needs a fresh design we will make your space into a functional sanctuary. This package will provide you with a full design to implement with your resources and within your timeline.

Whats all included:

- Initial meeting to get an understanding of the scope of work and how you want to see the space transformed

- A design study of existing conditions.

- 2 schematic floor plans

- Dimensioned elevations [1 set] based on the approved floor plan

- Material selections

- Furniture/lighting specs

One Room Concept: $2800

Design Concept [Whole Home]

This package will provide you with a whole home concept design. The benefits of the Whole Home design concept are consistency and flow throughout your home to implement with your resources and within your timeline. This package will look different for each home based on your needs/desires.

- Initial meeting to get an understanding of the scope of work and how you want to see the space transformed

- A design study of existing conditions.

- Schematic floor plans

- Dimensioned elevations, based on the approved floor plan

- Material selections

- Furniture/lighting specs
